Sylkia Webb Workshop series: Needle Felting Skulls and Flowers

Summer spooky time!

Needle Felting is the process of stabbing fuzzy wool with a needle to sculpt it (or create flat art). We will be learning needle felting techniques to make a whimsical 3-dimensional skull and several types of flowers. Each student will get wool in their choice of colors to make several flowers and a felting needle and small foam block to take home.

Kristi is a professional artist with a degree and certification in art education from Georgia State University. She has taught many mediums at all age levels. She has also taught in a variety of venues, including public school systems, art centers, programs, and private lessons. Kristi is a member of the Heck.house board and acts as our Art Education Director.
