Wanna sleigh the holidays with some volunteering?
Come and spread some cheer with us!
We are looking for merry volunteers to help us. Santa and an elf from last year are joining us again in the pavilion. We would like to offer more photo-op opportunities, like the Grinch, Krampus, Jack Skellington, and so forth, as long as they are kid-friendly. We are also seeking holiday decorating and other event helpers.
We are seeking volunteers for the following roles:
-
Photographers: Help capture magical moments with Santa and other holiday cosplayers. We have a photographer for the main Santa shoot in the pavilion, but we’re hoping to create additional photo-op opportunities.
-
Holiday Cosplayers: Be a festive character to strike a pose with guests.
-
Holiday decorators/set stylists: Help us make Heck festival! We will be having workdays in November & December to decorate.
-
Bake Sale Assistants: Help manage our treat table.
-
Event helpers: Help us with on-site logistics.
