Sylkia Webb Workshop Series: Needle Felting Gnomes

Needle Felting is the process of stabbing fuzzy wool with a needle to sculpt it (or create flat art). Each student will get wool in their choice of colors to make the body and the features of their very own gnome and 3 felting needles to take home. We will be adding our own personal additions and embellishing to make our gnome unique. You can even make it into a wizard or witch if you like!

Kristi is a professional artist with a degree and certification in art education from Georgia State University. She has taught many mediums at all age levels. She has also taught in a variety of venues, including public school systems, art centers, programs, and private lessons. Kristi is a member of the Heck.House board and acts as our Art Education Director.

What the Heck do you need to know:

• The class will take place outdoors under the pavilion.
• Limited to 10 spots. Signing up is required by clicking "Buy Ticket." There is an option to pay in-person onsite.
• The fee is $35 per student. $25 goes to the art instructor, Sylkia, and $10 goes to Heck.house. Payment can be made online or in person. Payment can be made online or in person. • Parking is on one side of Milton Street, the cross street that the driveway is located on.
