The Heckin' Drawin' Club has a different host for each meetup. This meetup is hosted by Heidi Carpenter. Who the Heck is Heidi Carpenter?
For over 15 years now, Heidi Carpenter has been selling her unique puppet creations and performing as InJest Puppets (occasionally recruiting her musician husband Paul and talented daughter Joy to assist)! She currently serves as President of the Atlanta Puppetry Guild. Her favorite performing credit was playing ROCKY in The Rocky Horror Puppet Show! Heidi loves teaching puppet building and performance techniques to kids at various summer camps every year, and has built the masks and puppets for two productions of The Lion King Junior! She never misses the chance to perform at Atlanta PUPPET SLAMS, and is equally excited to do shows for toddlers! Her puppet creations are often made from unusual and unexpected materials such as: oven mitts, wooden spoons, car-wash mitts, gloves, recycled…
