Sylkia Webb Workshop series: Needle Felting Mushrooms

Cottagecore anyone? Needle Felting is the process of stabbing fuzzy wool with a needle to sculpt it (or create flat art). We will be learning needle felting techniques to make whimsical 3-dimensional mushrooms. Each student will get wool in their choice of colors to make several mushrooms and a felting needle to take home.

Instructor: Sylkia Webb/ Kristi O’Neal

Kristi is a professional artist with a degree and certification in art education from Georgia State University. She has taught many mediums at all age levels. She has also taught in a variety of venues, including public school systems, art centers, programs, and private lessons. Kristi is a member of the Heck.House board and acts as our Art Education Director.
