About the event
Let's get together on Indigenous People's Day and sing for healing and release. Continuing the good energy from our community sing at the Lake Claire Community Land Trust in September, these events are always open to all singers and center and celebrate queer, trans, and BIPOC voices.
We're returning to Heck.house, a dynamic art and community space in Scottdale, conveniently located between Decatur and Clarkston.
What the Heck do you need to know?:
- This will be an outdoor event! We may need to wear layers, but it's Georgia, so who knows? If it's rainy that day, we will be under the pavilion.
- Limited space: Only 20 spots. If this event is full, please join the waitlist, so that we can email you. The limitation is due to parking not having space for people. We may be able to accommodate you.
- Parking is on one side of Milton Street, the cross street that the driveway is located on.
- Free: LeLaina Romero is a working artist, and donations to Sólo Cantar Space to support this work are welcome and appreciated! All donations will be split with an organization led by indigenous folks. More details on that soon. Support the work of Sólocantar.space: Venmo @LeLaina-Romero CashApp $LeLainaRomero or PayPal @LeLainaR. No one will be turned away. Pay what you can.
